I think that guy was from the future!!
He knew that the car was going to crash and that he would make millions from the photographs of the aftermath. Notice how he moves back before the car loses control. This man is no ordinary photographer. He is a time traveler. Make no mistake about it. Also, I think i can see a Delorean parked behind those trees on the left… You’re not fooling me McFly.
